Is the program virtual or physical?
The program is strictly online
What is the class schedule like?
Classes will be held twice per week and will be scheduled on a weekday or weekend depending on the course
Are installment payments available?
Yes, with our Pay Small Small Model, you can make payments twice or three times. Your first instalment must be made to secure your spot, and the second instalment must be paid at the end of the fourth week.
Participants opting for installment payments must adhere to the agreed-upon payment schedule.

Are tuition fees refundable?
Tuition fees are refundable if the participants request the same on or before the 1st week. No refund shall be made upon the resumption of the second week’s class.
Refund requests made upon the commencement of the second week’s class will not be entertained.
Refund requests must be submitted in writing to Hackademia Institute via email. hackademiatech@gmail.com
Approved refunds will be processed within 14 days from the date of the acknowledgment of such request.

Can I switch courses?
Yes, but you can only switch courses within the 1st week’s sessions, upon resuming the second week’s sessions, students will no longer be able to do the same
Students are only allowed one opportunity to switch courses.
Is Job placement guaranteed upon graduation?
One of the benefits of learning with Hackademia is that you gain automatic access to our partner, StratPal, a renowned recruitment and consulting firm serving top tech companies globally, especially in Africa.
Although we do not guarantee automatic job placement after graduation, this partnership with StratPal enhances your chances of being selected for job opportunities, as StratPal actively seeks talent from our pool of beneficiaries.
While Hackademia acts as a liaison between participants and recruitment partners, facilitating access to its database of Alumni for potential job opportunities, it does not guarantee employment. Participants are advised to actively seek opportunities and apply for job opportunities on their own accord.
Where is your office located?
We’re a remote-first company, so our team works from various locations around the world. Nevertheless, we are always available to have a meeting with you if you require same.
